Can I claim members of bands or just the whole bands? Since it says musicians I wasn't sure.

If just bands - Claiming:

You may claim either bands or musicians (britney spears, madonna, lil wayne, etc...) but not individual members of bands unless they also have a solo project :) Sorry for the confusion
